This certainly isn't "charged" language, but you have to wonder sometimes at the bits of conversation overheard on campus. I mean, who wouldn't wanna read a poem about defunct hippies?
"I don't mind, like, real hippies. Ones that, like, walk and talk and stuff" -- A guy in my German class. Unfortunately, class began so I was unable to question his motivation for this statement.
